Our specialist team of innovators can take on the "fuzzy front end" of projects, pulling in specialists from your own team as required. The Skunkworks concept was first used by Xerox and has proven very effective at breaking the constrained thinking that unavoidably develops in complex organisations.
Tiger Team leadership
Where there is a running project or a close tie between the innovation and existing teams, the Skunkworks can be too removed. In this case we place an interim leader and selected specialists into the organisation to lead and support a mainly in-house team. Tiger Teams are very effective at project turnaround and cost reduction.
