Interim projects are funded on a fixed monthly fee and the interim executive dedicates upto 80% of the working week to the project.

Interim managers need to be closely integrated with the decision making process and their deliverables must be well defined, to ensure they are empowered to meet their goals. Interim postings are not generally suited to projects of less than 3 months duration.

Suitable projects for interim appointments of our team are SME turnarounds, mission critical new product programmes and sudden loss of key technical executives.
